Bellmoore was founded to provide independent guidance, project management and specialist support for owners of collector, classic and performance vehicles.

The collector car world is filled with talented specialists, but identifying the right people, managing projects and navigating the ownership experience can often be challenging and time-consuming. Bellmoore was created to simplify that process by providing owners with a trusted, knowledgeable and independent point of contact.

Founded by Steven Bell, Bellmoore draws upon more than thirty years of experience within the automotive industry, including senior management within the franchised retail sector, private collection management, concours preparation and specialist automotive services.

Steven has personally handled a diverse range of vehicles, from pre-war motor cars and significant 1950s and 1960s sports and GT cars through to modern supercars and limited-production collector vehicles. His experience includes supporting private collectors, managing vehicle preparation programmes and coordinating specialist services across a wide range of automotive disciplines.

Whether assisting with a vehicle acquisition, coordinating a restoration project, preparing a car for sale or concours display, or supporting the ongoing management of a collection, Bellmoore provides independent oversight and attention to detail throughout the process.
